سياسة الشحن والتوصيل
في سافرن (Savern)، نحرص على توفير تجربة شحن موثوقة وسريعة وآمنة لجميع عملائنا داخل المملكة العربية السعودية. فيما يلي تفاصيل سياسة الشحن والتوصيل الخاصة بنا:
رسوم وتكاليف الشحن
جميع مدن ومناطق المملكة: يتم الشحن عبر إحدى شركات الشحن المعتمدة، بتكلفة 25 ريال سعودي.
الشحن المجاني: متاح للطلبات التي تبلغ 299 ريال سعودي أو أكثر.
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن النهائية بشكل واضح عند إتمام الطلب بناءً على شركة الشحن المختارة من قبل العميل.
مدة التوصيل المتوقعة
جميع مناطق ومدن المملكة: من 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل (قد تختلف المدة حسب بُعد المنطقة والضغط على شركة الشحن).
توصيل الشحنات للمنازل
عند وصول الشحنة إلى مدينة العميل، ستصله رسالة إشعار أو تواصل من شركة الشحن، ويتم تنسيق وتحديد موعد مناسب للتوصيل المباشر للمنزل دون أي رسوم إضافية.
خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام
غير متوفرة حالياً.
نعتذر عن عدم توفر خيار الدفع عند الاستلام في الوقت الحالي، ونوفر طرق دفع إلكترونية آمنة وموثوقة عبر الموقع.

At Savern, we are committed to providing a reliable, fast, and secure shipping experience for all our customers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policy:
Shipping Fees & Costs
All Cities & Regions across KSA: Shipping is handled via certified shipping carriers at a flat rate of 25 SAR.
Free Shipping: Applies to orders of 299 or more.
The final shipping fee is clearly displayed and calculated at checkout based on the carrier selected by the customer.
Estimated Delivery Time
All Regions & Cities across KSA: 2 to 7 business days (delivery times may vary depending on the remoteness of the region and carrier workload).
Home Delivery Services
Upon arrival of the shipment in the customer’s city, a notification message or contact will be made by the shipping carrier to schedule a convenient home delivery time at no additional charge.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
