في سافرن (Savern)، نحرص على رضاكم التام، ونسعى لتوفير تجربة تسوق إلكترونية سلسة وآمنة. لذلك نوضح لكم سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع والإلغاء بشفافية:
أولاً: سياسة الاسترجاع
* يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع أي منتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
* لا يتحمل العميل أي تكاليف للشحن أو التوصيل عند الاسترجاع (0 ريال سعودي)، وتكون عملية الاسترجاع مجانية بالكامل لأي سبب كان.
* في حال كان سبب الاسترجاع خطأ من المتجر أو خلل مصنعي أو تلف من شركة الشحن، فإننا نتحمل كامل التكاليف ويتم استرجاع المبلغ كاملًا دون أي خصومات.
ثانياً: سياسة الاستبدال
* يمكن طلب استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من استلامه.
* الاستبدال مجاني بالكامل (0 ريال سعودي) ولا يتحمل العميل أي رسوم شحن إضافية.
* في حال وجود خطأ في المنتج، خلل مصنعي، أو ضرر ناتج عن الشحن، يتم الاستبدال مجانًا وفورًا.
ثالثاً: المنتجات المستثناة
* المنتجات المفتوحة أو المجربة يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها بشرط إرجاعها بكرتونها الأصلي وسولفان التغليف.
* المنتجات الخاصة أو التي تم تجهيزها حسب الطلب لا تُسترجع أو تُستبدل في حال فتح التغليف، إلا في حال وجود خلل مصنعي أو خطأ من المتجر.

* سيتم الرد على طلبك بشكل فوري من قبل فريقنا وترتيب إرسال بوليصة الشحن المجانية واستلام الشحنة دون أي رسوم، ويجب إعادة المنتج في تغليفه الأصلي مع بوكس الشحن إن وجد.
رابعاً: رد الأموال
* يتم رد المبالغ بعد وصول الشحنة إلى مستودعاتنا وفحصها.
* تتم عملية رد الأموال خلال 7 أيام عبر وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة في الطلب وبكامل المبلغ المدفوع.

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At Savern, we ensure your complete satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless and secure online shopping experience. Therefore, we outline our exchange, return, and cancellation policy with full transparency:
First: Return Policy
* Customers have the right to request a return of any product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
* The customer bears zero shipping or delivery costs (0 SAR) upon return. Returns are completely free of charge regardless of the reason.
* If the reason for the return is a store error, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, we cover all costs and the full amount will be refunded without any deductions.
Second: Exchange Policy
* Products can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
* Exchanges are 100% free of charge (0 SAR), and the customer does not bear any additional shipping fees.
* In case of a product error, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, the replacement is handled immediately at no cost.
Third: Excluded Products
* Opened or tested products can be returned or exchanged provided they are returned in their original box and packaging cellophane.
* Special products or items prepared upon request cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect or store error.

Fourth: Refunds
